1st Choice Heating and Air is a family owned company right in the heart of Knoxville, TN.

Owner Igor Cheban relocated from Moldova to the United States in 2000. Since arriving in the US, Igor had his heart set to provide the highest quality service at affordable prices. Igor comes from a family of 11 siblings. He knows growing up in a large family helped him realize it's not always easy to provide for your family especially when home repairs can strike when you least expect. 

Igor focused his education towards a career in HVAC. He graduated with his Associates Degree in heating and cooling. 

Igor married his lovely bride Olga in 2011 and together have 3 beautiful children. 

Igor's main focus in and outside of work is always providing trust, honesty and respect to anyone he comes in contact with.
